A solution from Partner Power means a solution that is scalable, suitable for international or global roll-out, designed with respect for local requirements as well as corporate standards. Our solutions are based on the Microsoft Dynamics product suite - Microsoft Dynamics AX, CRM or NAV.

Partner Power offers you a rapid product selection process designed specifically to meet the requirements and challenges you face when wanting to deploy a multi-national solution. During the rapid product selection process we carefully review the information you provide us, and based on our evaluation and many years of experience with multi-national projects, we ensure that you make a well-informed and confident product decision. Before advising you, we thoroughly go through vital project factors such as:

  • Business strategy and how the system is indented to support your business strategy
  • Geographical scope
  • Functional scope
  • Implementation strategy preferences
  • Number of users and locations
  • Timing and pricing

Due to the fact that many international organizations already have a preference for Microsoft Dynamics for their multi-national implementations or as a second tier solution when using e.g. SAP at their headquarters, the process is designed to make a rapid selection between AX and NAV. It is however the same parameters we use if the product selection process has a wider scope than the Microsoft Dynamics product suite.

The overall selection process is template based, and can normally be carried out in only a couple of days - sometimes even less. At the end of the day the main purpose is to ensure that you make the best decision for your company, and that you feel confident and well-informed about the choice.
